Circulon Infinite Nonstick Pan Review
The Circulon Infinite 24 cm French Skillet is our overall top choice out of all the pans we tested. We found that this nonstick pan is great for cooking just about anything.
One of its best features is the unique Hi-Low Nonstick System which was one of the best nonstick coatings we tested. Nothing stuck to it, and it was very easy to clean and care for. Not only that, but it survived all of our tests and was still just as nonstick as when we started.
The pan heats evenly and cooks very steadily. It is easy to clean and care for. We like that it is made of anodized aluminum with a sturdy steel handle—it is built to last.
Some small issues we had with the Circulon were that it took longer to heat up than other pans in our tests, and the handle did tend to get warm while cooking.
Pros
- Perfect size and shape
- Incredible nonstick surface
- Even heating all around
- Well-balanced
- Durable coating and construction
Cons
- Handle is a bit long and gets warm
- Takes longer to heat up
- A bit pricey for nonstick
- Not the best looking pan in our test
TestHut’s verdict
If you are in the market for a nonstick pan that can do it all, then we think the Circulon Infinite pan is a perfect match for your kitchen.
